- Crush two Oreo cookies to small crumbs while brewing 2 tsp of coffee in 30ml boiling water.
- Pour hot, freshly prepared coffee over the Oreo cookies crumb. Let it sit for a few minutes until the crumbs broken down more. Stir to blend the cookies.
- Pass the coffee mixture through a strainer just in case there are cream chunks that don’t fully dissolve. It’s okay if there are little crumbs remains for texture.
- Pour the Oreo coffee mixture into a glass prepared with ½ cup ice and add in 195ml cold water.
- Top with cold form and garnish it with remaining Oreo crumbs and orange zest.
