- Crush 5 OREO cookies and cut 1 cookie in half to decorate.
- Whisk together 3 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp vanilla extract in the coffee mug. In separate bowl combine ¾ of the crushed oreo, ¼ cup sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, ⅛ tsp baking powder and ⅛ tsp salt. Mix it well in the milk & canola oil mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo cookie on top.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds or until done. Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
