Putting it together
Screen On Mode
- Grease a plastic molder/ cup with oil. Set aside.
- In a pot, add fresh milk, Eden Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavor and bring to a rolling boil.
- Add in the hydrated gelatin mixture and whisk until completely dissolved, then strain.
- Pour onto prepared molder and chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- To unmold the Panna Cotta, run a knife throughout the edges of panna cotta in the mold then invert onto a plate.
- Garnish with sauce and fresh fruits as desired. (optional)
