Putting it together

Screen On Mode
  • Grease a plastic molder/ cup with oil. Set aside. 
  • In a pot, add fresh milk, Eden Cream Cheese, sugar, and vanilla flavor and bring to a rolling boil. 
  • Add in the hydrated gelatin mixture and whisk until completely dissolved, then strain.
  • Pour onto prepared molder and chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • To unmold the Panna Cotta, run a knife throughout the edges of panna cotta in the mold then invert onto a plate.
  • Garnish with sauce and fresh fruits as desired. (optional)
