Putting it together
Screen On Mode
- In a bowl, combine eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Using a fork, beat until fully mixed.
- In a non-stick pan, over medium-low heat melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour in the mixture, add in the Eden Cheese cubes. When the egg starts to set, push the edge towards the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath; gently fold the omelet over itself in the pan to encase the cheese completely.
- Slide omelet onto a plate top with spring onions. Serve and enjoy.
