  • In a bowl, combine egg, water, cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper. Mix together until well-blended and smooth.
  • Add carrots, squash, onion, sweet potato and Eden Cheese cubes into the batter, stir until combine.
  • Using a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Scoop in 1 to 2 tablespoons, then gently slide the mixture into the hot oil and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer onto serving plate, serve and enjoy.
